When I wrote Efficient tax, regulation and representation systems, I thought it would just be an academic idea that would never be put to use. Not only were parts put to use, IT WORKED! Outsourcing saved 50%, and no increases in property taxes.

How did the incumbents that wanted to stay do in the first election after the change? The lowest re-elect vote was 84%.

Why? Because people started to move toward this…
